This building has a nice intricate exterior facing Broadway which shows its great style. It's a shame the owner doesn't care about the building. And the fact that he paid only $211,021 for it and now wants more then $2 million is despicable. Paul Curtis should either redevelop the Wurlitzer or get off the pot, selling it to someone for closer to what he paid for it. The building has depreciated in value and condition since he bought it. He does not take a care of the property, and has not done work to the building. It will most likely sit until he gives it up because no one will buy this structure: It's open to the elements, not maintained and way overpriced. Pure greed could very well lead to its destruction.
