Hotel Charlevoix - Photos

As half of the area is bulldozed and the other sees rebirth, it's hard to imagine the Charlevoix falling into the latter,
The hotel has fallen victims to vandals and scrappers alike.
An old sign hints at the "entertainment" once housed in the Charlevoix.
The main staircase has been removed, possibly to deter scavengers, further minimizing chances of its rehabilitation.
To get from floor to floor, explorers use rickety ladders such as this one.
